Account Manager, Healthcare, Nordics

Due to significant growth, Nobly is recruiting for an "Account Manager, Healthcare, Nordics" to join our team responsible for managing Nobly's existing healthcare customers in Denmark and Norway.

You will be responsible for selling Healthcare Content Services solutions, including SaaS solutions for clinical and administrative content management, and medical imaging systems.

The Nobly Healthcare team supports customers in Denmark, Finland and Norway; providing solutions that enable the secure management and sharing of unstructured administrative and clinical data on an intra- and inter-regional basis.

This role would suit someone with experience of working within, or selling to, public healthcare organisations who is looking to take on more responsibility as the owner of a mature portfolio of established regional customers. Previous experience in healthcare IT projects, healthcare sales or working clinically within a health system would be an advantage.

Job description

Supported by the other members of the healthcare team, and working closely with the Head of Healthcare, the Account Manager is responsible for defining plans for expanded solution adoption and identifying new opportunities for revenue growth from existing customers within their territory.

This role will be based in Denmark or Norway and will report to Ben Ramsay, Head of Healthcare.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor, and build a network of contacts at current healthcare customers.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales plan and meet/exceed established software and services quota for existing Nobly Healthcare customer accounts.
  • Engage current customers to develop and maintain a a long-term sales plan.
  • Be the face of Nobly to the customer: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and take responsibility to ensure all account related issues are resolved appropriately, coordinating Nobly and partner resources.
  • Develop and maintain a significant opportunity pipeline, and communicate accurate sales forecasting to the Head of Healthcare.
Your profile Professional skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant clinical or technical subject.
  • Significant experience in a relevant role within the public sector.
  • Experience of Nordic healthcare technology projects.
  • Significant experience in a commercially-oriented role.
Personal skills
  • Strong at gaining consensus across multiple departments and leadership levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional attitude and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.
  • Highly organised, and experienced at successful multi-tasking.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage work to completion under your own initiative.
  • Strong collaboration skills, applied successfully within a team and with external participants.
