Technical Project Manager (Healthcare Solutions)

Would you like to help deliver value-creating digital solutions to Danish and Nordic organisations in the healthcare and scanning sectors?

Our customers are actively pursuing digitalization on many fronts, and we’re busy helping them move forward — both with clinically-facing digital solutions and the digitalization of internal business processes. We are now looking for a sharp technical project manager to join our team, working alongside fantastic clients and colleagues on delivering both small and large-scale solutions within Healthcare Enterprise Content Management and Imaging.

Who are we?

Nobly is the premier Nordic partner of:

  • Hyland, a global software developer of the OnBase ECM platform, as well as Enterprise Imaging applications.
  • Kodak Alaris, a global manufacturer and supplier of high-volume production scanning hardware and software
  • Microsoft Azure, the global cloud services provider and enabler of the Nobly Cloud.

We develop and implement digital solutions that enrich and simplify clinical and healthcare business processes, forming a foundation for data-driven decisions to create value for our customers.

With offices and colleagues in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, the UK, and Germany, we are Europe’s leading OnBase consultancy, home to some of the top specialists in the field.

About the position

As a Technical Project Manager, Healthcare at Nobly, you will play a central role in driving continuous improvements as well as managing both large and small projects in collaboration with our customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor and sparring partner, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and clearly communicating potential solutions with support from your colleagues.

In this role, you will act as the solution owner on behalf of the customer within Nobly, serving as the key link between our customers, internal consultants, and developers. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our Sales & Marketing, ITOPS, and Finance teams on all matters related to your clients.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring a value-creating partnership, including ongoing alignment of expectations regarding deliverables and agreements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Internal project management for our customer-facing development team, including planning, prioritization, and coordination of tasks across all projects and clients
  • Close collaboration with consultants and developers working on customer solutions
  • Communication and follow-up with customers, including status meetings, reporting, and invoicing
  • Ongoing dialogue with customers to clarify needs and ideas, and contributing to the analysis and specification of these into concrete IT-solutions
  • Participation in steering committee meetings and providing strategic input and sparring on customers’ digital strategies
  • Administration of customer contract renewals and licence requests relating to the role.
About You

You have more than 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Technical Project Manager, IT consultant, or equivalent. You possess a strong technical understanding of software, solid business acumen, sharp analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

We expect that you have:
  • A relevant Bachelors degree and Project Management qualifications.
  • Understanding of IT development processes and digitalization, including change management
  • The ability to bridge the gap between customer needs and digital solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills, combined with initiative and independence
  • A structured approach to work and the ability to create clarity for others
  • To be based in Denmark, and can work from one of our local office and home.
  • Fluency in Danish and English (spoken and written).

  • A permanent position with a competitive salary
  • Opportunities for professional development and certifications
  • A workday filled with exciting tasks, skilled colleagues, and fantastic clients
