TEMcompany is a start-up company with leading edge technology which started years back in the HydroGeophysics Group at Aarhus University with a dream to build next generation imaging solutions for solving today’s water problems.

We are seeking a technical sales and support specialist to join the team at TEMcompany. The company was established in early 2020, with location in Aarhus, Denmark. New state-of-the-art technology and products are ready for the market, and the current team of almost 20 employees are in search of a dynamic technical sales and support specialist who can assist in making this a success.

We are looking for a profile who enjoys a technology driven environment and whom as a part of the sales team will support and help our customers in the sales process, and maybe also with the subsequent support and training. You must be eager to be part of a dynamic start-up company where we are still learning as we fly, but you also have to demonstrate care and insights into sales processes and how to build long term relations with customers.  

We seek a technical sales specialist with the following qualifications:

  • Strong skill in networking and customer relations
  • A good background in (electromagnetic) geophysics and hydrogeology
  • Good at following up with customers and helping them to figure out a solution with our instruments to solve their problems.
  • Understand new customer trends and get them incorporated into future development plans.
  • You might also like to do in-depth technical support and trouble shooting.  
  • Some travelling is expected, and you must enjoy this.

You have the following skills:

  • You are a quick learner.
  • You love to understand and talk passionated about advanced technology.
  • You value other people's perspectives and are good at understanding different points of view.
  • You communicate and write in fluent and professionally English. If you master other languages like Spanish, Portuguese, French or German, it is more than welcome.

Short to medium targets will be to:

  • Build better sales and support process to support our customers.
  • Build sales for our existing products but also for the new ones involving e.g. drones.
